Buying safely

   Find the supplier

   Search the catalogue or post an RFQ and let suppliers come to you. Verified stores show their legal name, registered address and tax code.

   Talk in chat

   Agree specification, quantity, price and lead time in chat with the supplier. Every message is saved with a date, so both sides can go back to what was promised.

   Check the company

   Verification is checked against the tax registry before a badge is given. Ask for the certificates you need — many stores publish them on their profile.

   Contract directly

   You contract and pay the supplier directly, on terms you agree with them. madenvietnam is not a party to that contract.

• Verify a supplier's registration before the badge is shown.
• Keep the whole negotiation in one chat, dated and readable by both sides.
• Label sample stores so you never mistake a demo for a real company.

madenvietnam does not take orders, hold funds, process payments or provide escrow, and it does not guarantee any supplier's performance. Payment and delivery are between you and the supplier. Verification tells you a company exists and is registered — it is not a promise about how they will trade.
