How do I contact a supplier?
Open any product and use “Contact supplier” or “Chat now”. Your message goes to the supplier's inbox and starts a conversation under Messages.
What is an RFQ?
A Request for Quotation lets you describe what you need once and receive quotes from multiple matching suppliers.
How do I buy from a supplier here?
Message the supplier or send an RFQ, agree specification, price and terms in chat, then contract and pay them directly. madenvietnam does not take orders or handle payments — it is where you find the supplier and where the whole conversation is saved.
How do I become a supplier?
Register and choose “Sell products”. You'll get a seller center to list products, manage inquiries and view orders.
Which languages and currencies are supported?
The marketplace is available in English and Vietnamese, with prices shown in each product's currency.
